Welcome to Church of the Atonement!
Welcome to the Episcopal Church of the Atonement!
The Church of the Atonement was formed over a century ago as a congregation of the Episcopal Church. Since then, the parish has striven to worship God, to proclaim the Good News of God in Christ, and to serve Christ in all persons. Today, we continue to honor God as an active, visionary and inclusive anglo-catholic congregation. We are committed to ministries of prayer and worship, of lifelong Christian learning, of outreach and justice, and of compassionate care for one another and the world. You are welcome here. Come join us, a vibrant spiritual presence on the corner of Ardmore and Kenmore!

The Church of the Atonement will once again be set up as a distribution point for the Bethlehem Peace Light. This live flame is taken from the groto of the Church of the Nativity (where Jesus was born) and flown special via Austrian Airlines to New York where it is distributed all over North America. The flame has been constantly burning for hundreds of years. It will be available after the 8, 9 and 11 am Sunday Masses during Advent.
The Anglo-Catholicism discussion will be held fifteen minutes after the 11:00 am Mass ends.
