Many have asked how we can support the people of Haiti. Relief agencies are mobilizing people and supplies and would gratefully receive donations of any size. The two I’d recommend are Episcopal Relief and Development and MAP International (Mother Jackie serves on the Board of the latter).

Mallory Holding, a parishioner from St Mark’s Glen Ellyn, is working in Haiti this year with the Episcopal Church Young Adult Service Corps. As soon as Mallory and her colleagues at the Episcopal Seminary in Port au Prince are able, the Outreach Team will begin to explore more long term outreach opportunities and will share these with the congregation.
