Halloween
At the end of October, the Parish House is decorated inside and outside for Halloween. Flyers are distributed to all Swift School students informing them of the Atonement Halloween Party. Parishioners who help out dress up in costumes. Candy is passed out in front of the Parish House and children are invited in. Hot dogs are served to the children and their parents, and more candy is passed out. It’s great fun!

Swift School Volunteers
Swift School is always in need of volunteers. With all of the recent budget cuts, they have only 2 Teachers’ Aides for 750 students. We are currently working with Swift School to organize volunteers to assist them. They are in need of people who are willing to spend time reading to the younger students in the lower grades or helping other students with their homework.
If you are interested in any of the above projects, contact Jeff Eng at (773)728-4555 or engjm@sbcglobal.net .
